Closure of the Pandemic Event Visa – Here’s the Latest Information
🚨 Starting September 2, 2023, the Pandemic Event visa will only be open for applications from existing visa holders.
📅 As of February 2024, the Pandemic Event visa will be closed to new applicants. This decision comes as the circumstances that led to the creation of this visa are no longer prevalent.

🗓️ Starting September 2, 2023, new applications for the Pandemic Event visa will receive a six-month visa and will be required to pay a Visa Application Charge of $405 AUD.
