The Global Talent Visa Stream (Subclass 858) is a permanent visa. Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible for the Global Talent Visa Stream (Subclass 858) visa, you must:
- Be nominated by an Australian citizen or permanent resident, an eligible New Zealand citizen, or an Australian organisation with a reputation in your field
- Be internationally recognised with a clear record of your achievements in a profession, a sport, the arts, or academia and research
- Provide proof that you will be able to find work in your field in Australia
- Meet minimum English language and health requirements
- Have no outstanding debts to the Australian Government
- Have not previously had a cancelled or refused Australian visa
