An Irish-Australian lawyer and a graduate of the University of Cambridge, Kelly-Anne is admitted to the Supreme Courts of NSW, Ireland, and England & Wales.

Kelly-Anne comes to Solve Migration with a wealth of international experience, having also practiced law in Singapore and the UK before migrating to Australia, and she has extensive experience dealing with clients from all backgrounds and from across the world.

Having been through the immigration process from start to finish herself, Kelly-Anne knows the Australian visa system inside out, and is ready to help you successfully find your own pathway to permanent residency in Australia. She fully understands how daunting the process can be, and regularly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and client care.

Based out of our Manly office and a local resident herself, Kelly-Anne specialises in preparing complex Skills Assessments and Visa applications, drafting technical legal submissions and managing Tribunal and Court appeals. She has built a reputation for successfully fighting visa refusals and winning difficult visa grants for clients throughout the Manly and wider Sydney community.
